What Is the Pactile Process?
The Pactile Process is our image refinement workflow, developed through months of research, prototyping, and testing to preserve your companion's unique physical features with exceptional accuracy.
Rather than relying on molds, messy impression kits, or automatically generated artwork, we begin with carefully selected photographs or existing impressions and refine them by hand, preparing them for tactile reproduction while remaining true to the original anatomy.
Our goal isn't to create a prettier paw, nose, wing, foot, or ear.
It's to preserve THEIRS.

Every portrait begins with your favorite photo—and the story behind it. By learning about your companion and your vision, we thoughtfully refine each image to create artwork that captures not just how they looked, but who they were.

2. Image Review - We evaluate your photos and select the strongest reference images.
3. Creative Design - Backgrounds, composition, lighting, and artistic style are customized around your story and suggestions.
4. Artwork Refinement - Every texture map is individually crafted and added during the creation of the portrait turning it into a polished, gallery-quality work of art.
5. Your Finished Keepsake - Your completed artwork becomes the foundation for your Heartscape Portrait, Bonded jewelry, Companion Collection pieces, and other custom creations.

Every Textured Memories piece is finished using our exclusive Signature Texture - a tactile sculpting process developed to transform artwork into something that can be experienced through both sight and touch.
This is the defining characteristic of every piece we create.
Rather than applying a uniform texture, every commission is individually sculpted to complement your companion's unique features, artwork, and the story it tells.
Some pieces call for subtle, brushstroke transitions. Others naturally invite deeper contours and more pronounced tactile detail.
